Full  view. Nearly ready to fit cross beams

Fit the first two crossbeams. The crossbeams are then fitted in line with the legs. The end bolts are not tightened yet. These two crossbeams have holes drilled and tapped on the bottom side for the inward facing braces.

Fit the rest of the crossbeams. The rest of the crossbeam are now fitted, also the internal braces. the frame is squared corner to corner with a tape measure. Then the ends of the frames are bolted securely to the side beams. The lower faces of the crossbeams are set level with the bottom surface of the side beams.

Fitting the gantry. The gantry is set at the end of the base. It can be lifted using either a forklift or at least 3 strong people, the more the better. It is lifted to the level of the side beams then simply rolled on. Stops need to be fitted to stop the gantry rolling off the end of the base.
